No-cost research pilot · Public golf operations
Where is there room for more play?
A small research pilot to explore unused capacity and pricing or promotional questions, with affordability and public access in view.
Start with a 20-minute conversation about your priorities and available records. No pilot fee or purchase obligation.
Questions worth exploring
When are courses busiest, and when are player spaces unused? How do rounds and realized green-fee revenue vary? Which pricing or promotional scenarios might deserve a carefully designed test?
A useful starting point
The proposed takeaway is a concise findings brief, charts of supported patterns, documented data limitations, and a shortlist of possible next tests.
Scenarios show assumptions and uncertainty. They are not forecasts or promised revenue gains.
Keep the first step manageable
Agree on the question
Choose one course or one season. Confirm scope, timing and data handling before sharing records.
Review existing exports
Start with rounds, revenue and capacity records. Customer names, contact details and payment information are not needed.
Discuss what the evidence supports
Review findings and possible next tests. The course retains control of operational and pricing decisions.
Research status
A prototype, with clear limits
The golfops prototype has been explored using Dobson Ranch public data. It has not been validated for Peoria Park District. No specific revenue uplift is promised.
Time-of-day analysis requires tee-time records. Daily totals can support daily or seasonal comparisons, but cannot reveal individual tee-time availability.
The Peoria outreach brief is an invitation to discuss a pilot, not an announcement of a partnership or endorsement.
Let’s see whether the pilot fits.
